Comprehensive physical therapy is provided at the Mt. Juliet and Lebanon locations. Our clinics are staffed with skilled orthopaedic physical therapists and athletic trainers who communicate closely with the physicians and staff. This team approach to sports medicine provides for optimum results.

Aquatic therapy and 3-Dimensional traction are offered at our main facility in Mt. Juliet.

The main facility is more than 5000 square feet, complete with a 1200 gallon Ferno Aquaplunge pool with built-in treadmill and a Lojer Medical Training Therapy (MTT) pulley system with six stations for precise exercise dosage, as well as the Plyo-jumper, which uses gravity and low weight stacks. There is also a full circuit of Quantum stacked weight equipment. The Saunders 3D ActiveTrac, a multi-dimensional traction table provides for multipositional traction for the lumbar and cervical spine. The cardiovascular area is positioned near tinted glass walls, overlooking the grounds and has multiple treadmills, recumbent stationary bikes, and upper body exercisers. Also in the gym is the materials handling area to allow for work-specific activities, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and work conditioning.

Our treatment rooms contain hi-lo tables, enabling the therapists to perform specific manual therapy techniques and to accommodate patient comfort.
